Meet Nichola
I’ve seen firsthand how caseloads, compliance demands, and paperwork overload can push great teachers out of the profession. My mission is to change that.​

I’m Nichola Henry, founder of Nichola Professional Services. I bring over a decade of experience in education, with a Master’s degree in Special Education and extensive work as a SPED teacher, learning facilitator, and consultant.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported schools by:

Teaching and case managing students with a wide range of disabilities.

Writing IEPs, Facilitating IEP teams and ensuring compliance with IDEA and Arizona Department of Education requirements.

Coaching and mentoring teachers to build confidence in IEP writing, data tracking, and inclusive practices.

Designing and leading professional development sessions for general education and SPED staff that support inclusive practices.

Partnering with schools to improve retention through induction programs and teacher support.
